Morning reset
You woke up already behind. That’s okay. This isn’t a motivational speech—it’s three small moves so the day doesn’t run you before you’ve stood up.
-
Arrive before you scroll
Sit or stand somewhere your feet can feel the floor. Put the phone face-down for sixty seconds. Notice one sound in the room and one sensation in your body—jaw, shoulders, breath. You’re here. That’s enough to start.
-
Name the real weather
Say (out loud or in your head) one honest line: “Today feels heavy,” or “I’m already tired,” or “I’m okay and a little wired.” You’re not fixing the weather. You’re refusing to pretend it’s sunny when it isn’t.
-
Choose one first inch
Pick a single next action that takes under two minutes: water, open a window, stretch your arms overhead, write the one thing that actually matters today. Do only that. The rest of the morning can wait its turn.
Watch the morning short
When the short is live, drop the link or embed here. Until then, the three steps above are the whole practice.
